Good morning ladies.

I'm looking for some advice please.

I'm taking 2+tiny bit pumps of oestrogel, but it's not working since they changed to new bottles so I asked to change to Sandrena.

I asked if I could take this 1.0mg Sandrena sachet at night + tiny bit oestrogel in the morning. I have terrible issues when changing doses and had bleeding when adding the tiny bit oestrogel which eventually settled down, but she said no she didnt want me to use both, but wouldn't give me anymore than 1.0mg Sandrena.

I had really bad night last night burning up so although I'm terrified I want to start the Sandrena tonight. So I suppose I can't take my tiny bit of oestrogel this morning. Will this 1.0mg Sandrena be enough? I get big sore spots come up on thighs when I up the dose of oestrogel so I am getting all panicked. Thank you for your help.

The generally accepted equivalent is 2 pumps of oestrogel = 1 x 1mg sachet of Sandrena.

I really hope this works for you. I recently converted from new oestrogel to Sandrena and I am really happy with it.

Stick to 1 sachet for now and see how you feel.

To put it into context, I was on 3 pumps of 'old' oestrogel and everything was great. 'New' oestrogel didn't really work for me, in the end I upped t 6 pumps!!!

I now take between 1.5mg and 2mg of Sandrena. I'm still trying to find my sweet spot, but overall I feel like me again and I am delighted!!!
