I genuinely wouldn’t have been so bothered if it wasn’t said in such a rude, loud, patronising and creepy manner in front of other customers and customers. I also think boots make more than enough money to ensure their staff are properly trained on medication that is issued for a condition that’s unfortunately for a very common and misery inducing. If it was even said in private I would probably just think he was a bit thick and patronising but his behaviour was totally unacceptable and I hope he learns from it.

Yes, they may be required to double check as a safety precaution but if its done in anything other than a professional and discreet manner, there's something else behind it. I wonder if he'd use the same tone about a man's viagara prescription.
