I'm on 2mg of Sandrena and 12 days per month of 200mg utrogestan. My symptoms have been pretty much under control until recently but I've suddenly started having poor sleep, restless legs, headaches etc as before. Does anyone else think that there are "bad batches" of Sandrena? I moved from Oestrogel because I was always up and down on that, especially at the end of a bottle. Sandrena seemed much better.

Also, can anyone tell me whether the 12 x 200mg or Utrogestan is enough to protect my uterus? I know the oestrogen dose is at the upper end and want to be sure.

Finally, the doc couldn't give me my usual Tostran (I take 4 pumps a week) so I was given testogel instead and told to take it twice a week. Could that change be a cause of resurging symptoms?
