Hi Penguin

Well when I use the Sandrena gel oestrogen I apply it at night and last night I applied it after 12 days on nightly utrogestan and I didn't have the anxiety surges so I defo think it is related to low oestrogen as you say. I am contemplating getting my contraceptive implant out as I dont bleed on it and never have for years. I could be post meno and not know but then would potentially be dealing with heavy erratic periods which I couldn't handle at min either. I suffered badly with periods all my life so the fact they stopped was a blessing. The homeopathic suggestion is interesting as I like to go natural as much as possible. With my supplements I take I do space them out as much as poss on top of my Ad.
I am pleased your surges are under control
