Lenzetto and Utrogestan side effects

Any advice please. I have been taking this combo for the last fortnight and had been going well 3 sprays of Lenzetto and 200 Utrogestan . However, I am now getting head spinning like vertigo and the night sweats seem to be re-appearing anyone else had this and does this side effect improve?

I have just put a post re sinusitis and keep a watch as there may be some cross over
