Looking for some advice, I've been on various hrt treatments over many years and never felt good on any of them.
I was referred to my menopause clinic and had bloods done, my oestrogen levels came back at 201 so looks like I'm not absorbing them.
I've currently went from evorel 75 on to the 100 but feel absolutely awful.
Along with my oestrogen levels being so low my shbg was extremely high at 188 and my testosterone was almost non existent.
I just don't know why I'm not absorbing..
Does anyone have any info as to where I go next? I feel I'm very clued up on hrt but I'm struggling x
