Happy day after Easter! It's a government and bank holiday today, and the schools are closed.
I have a food hangover this morning...or maybe I can't hold my wine like I used to

Roast beef, roasted sweet potatoes, air fryer baby potatoes (Dad like his potatoes lol), steamed broccoli, sauteed mushrooms, homemade loaf of Italian bread, large green salad and chocolate peanut butter cupcakes for dessert.
Did I mention wine?

What's every1 up to this weekend?
We will get into our garden, weather allowing - following a trip to a Garden Centre this morning
Antique fairs everywhere - not that we need anything else
If it rains it will be housework
