Hi,

I have been suffering for 3 years now, 2 of which I have been on various HRT.  Problem is that other than the first 6 months of treatment my symptoms are getting worse and worse, anxiety, brain fog, mood, relationships etc etc... I have had several blood tests and last set came back with my levels being OK!!!!!!!..... has/does anyone else have this issue and what can we do?  I have now been given 2 different types of anti depressants but I'm sure I'm not depressed I am at the end of line now with nothing else to try any suggestions.  Can your hormones still need "fixing" even if Doc says levels are OK?  Is there other tests?

Hi how old are you and where are you in menopause ? This will help any answers to your query.

Blood test are highly unreliable and doctors should go on your symptoms.
