  Hello everyone, and welcome to all the newbies.

Im quite new on here, and must say this forum has been a life saver for me, i dont have a mum to talk to about my meno symptoms, and my friends havent reached their menopause yet, so i feel quite alone.

Then i found menopausematters, thank God! It has helped me so much, getting the help and advise from kind understanding ladies.

Hi Everyone, I'm a newbie and found this site last week when I was at a very low point and desperatey searching for help.  I just wanted to say what a fab site, the best I've found for peri and menopause and all the wonderful stuff that goes with it     I've realised that I'm now well and truely peri.  For about a year now I've thought I was going mad and then the night sweats, hot flushes and chills really set in, I wasn't getting any sleep and just when I thought I couldn't go on I found this site. So many lovely kind people all willing to share and help, and lots of really useful info.  I'm reluctant to go down the HRT route and for now I'm trying natural remedies, though I seem to be taking quite a lot of different things.  I've lots of reading to catch up on here on this lovely forum and hope to help out when I can be of use!

I too felt I was going bonkers before I found this site, that was 6 years ago and I still feel bonkers but realise now that I'm not alone  .  Hope you find lots of help and support.

Yay - well done!
When you post, look above the box you're typing in and you should see dropdown menus for "Font Face", "Font Size" and "Change Color". Highlight a passage, hold down Ctrl and C and then click on the action you want to do. Sorry if I've not explained it very well - I'm not much of a techie!
