Hi all 

I’m currently on the oestrogel/utrogestan hrt treatment and have  just finished my 12 day utrogestan tablets and felt fine on them. Noticed though since stopping them I’m very tired and moody.
What’s everyone else’s experiences?

Hi Kazzy

Exactly that - it is known as progesterone withdrawal, part of classic pms. At the end of our natural menstrual cycle our oestrogen drops and progesterone declines sharply. Both of these can give rise to side effects/symptoms. Once the progesterone clears from your body you should feel better

My mood is slightly better now and I’m experiencing a slight withdrawal bleed. Thought it was my period but think it’s withdrawal bleeding.
All these symptoms can get v confusing.
