I was just wondering when i get to a sort of settled level with my hrt and a good level with my hormones do i keep on with my current level of hrt?
i mean is there a maintenance level of hrt i would need to be on
sorry if none of this makes sense xx

Yes you carry on with the dose that makes your symptoms go away. In the future this dose may suit you, or you might need more or you might need less. Everyone’s different xx

but if say 3 pumps of gel increases my estradiol levels, if i stay on the 3 pumps wont my levels keep rising?
sorry if im being dim.

No your levels will stay the same, unless your own levels of oestrogen drop and then your levels will drop.
