Hi,
Have been on Mirena and lenzetto (one spray) for a number of months.
Recently I’ve been getting pins and needles in feet, legs and arms frequently, tingling back etc  - and been putting it down to posture problems as work at a laptop at home. I’ve also had very frequent eye twitches - I used to have them very occasionally but over the last week or two I’ve had a lot.
A terrible migraine last week before starting my period (which is massively lighter than before the coil).
Light Night sweats, grumpy moody anxiety bad brain fog etc.
 etc.

However there are periods of a few days when I feel perfectly fine - energised, happy, limited brain fog etc.

I don’t know if everything is due to a change in hormonal spikes/dips and I need to revisit the lenzetto dosage? Or whether I should get b12 and thyroid checked?

I haven’t had a blood test since the coil and used to have borderline ferritin - not sure if the huge lightening of periods also might now mean I have different blood readings?

Anyone feeling similar?
