How quickly does Tibolone Livial kick in & does it react with statins & BP meds?

How quickly does Tibolone kick in for mood, libido, energy? 
Also are they ok with statins and Micardis (telmisartan)?

Ive been taken off Oestrogel and Progesterone because, whilst they almost entirely fixed the vaginal atrophy, they did nothing for libido or energy.

EDIT Only on Livial/Tibolone now. 3 days so far, headache each morning and more trips to the toilet at night.  Hoping that will settle.
