Saw GP today who examined me and prescribed the oestrogen cream and pessary . So, fingers crossed it helps.

That is great. I am so pleased you get them. Buy some vaginal moisuriser too. Sylk or Yes are gentle.

Just wondering what kind of emollient people use for washing with please?

New to the menopause journey and trying to find what works for me.

I've been using Aqueous Cream for a year now with no problems.
