Feeling puffy
« on: November 11, 2022, 11:42:44 AM »

Quick question. I am 12 days in to a two week reloading dose of vaginal estradiol to try and get control of a bad flare up.
Week one I did estradiol cream internally every night and some on the labia.
Week two I am alternating with Vagifem.
Ultimate goal is to get to Vagifem every other night and cream externally.

About 8 days in I started to feel a bit puffy in my lower abdomen. I have IBS and it's not that kind of bloat, which I know all to well. It's more a squishy bloat.

Anybody else get this?

The good news the reload is working beautifully once I powered through the irritation. But I feel like the Pillsbury Doughboy.....

There can be a slight initial reaction I believe.  Perhaps miss tonight then use one/other of the product as it may be too much.  Stick with 'vagifem' nightly and estradiol on the outer labia.

I find that certain drinks cause me to feel 'bloated'  >:(

I have IBS and found vagifem gave me bloat and stomach cramps. I am not sure if that is of any help to you.
