Put the clocks back today but in Lanzarote so not really noticing the effect yet as it don't get dark until about 6.45pm now. Not looking forward to coming home to the cold and dark nights.

My ex landlord didn’t like the clocks changing so he didn’t change them!

Not sure how that worked in terms of fitting in with other people though!

In terms of sleep being more important in meno, I agree. One bad night now is disastrous for me. And it takes several days to catch up. So I’m trying to go to bed earlier and also having to lock my cat downstairs as she wants to get up at 5 in the morning. She throws herself at the door handle though so I sometimes need earplugs. It’s an ongoing challenge getting enough sleep but Im Working on it.
