Hello I’ve been on Qlaira for 4 months in an effort to override my natural cycle (previously had v short 20 day cycle, terrible pms mood swings, anxiety, night sweats, stress incontinence etc). I seem to be getting on ok with it and relieved my cycle has lengthened as I was constantly in its shadow. But from day 10-24 I get sore boobs, lower mood, anxiety, and still get night sweats and stress incontinence. I’ve read on a few threads that it may be possible to ‘top up’ with Estrogel but I can’t find any detailed info about this. Can anyone share their experiences of how much they top up, how many days in a cycle, and the calculations that show the progesterone contained in Qlaira is enough to counterbalance the top up?
