Hello all,, hope you're all well.

So I've been on cilest pill for 4 weeks now. Things really picked up for me in terms of feeling physical anxiety, mood but better.  However, I'm still tired alot of the time,, been having spotting for 8 days now and heart palpitations since being on it. I never had heart issues before this.
Does anyone know if this is just the pill settling?,
What causes palpitations in peri?, is it the fluctuations?
