I have decided to come off hrt due to bleeding  I have tried several and results are the same . I will see if I can do without .
Has anyone else came off hrt and how do you feel without it

I am sorry to hear that HRT is not working out for you. Would the Mirena be an option for you as it stops bleeding? If you do stop HRT I would continue with the Ovestin cream or the VA will flare up.

Flossieteacake is it ok to you ovestin on the outside of do I need to insert it every time . Will it so the same for the inside too if I use it on the outside only . My doctor prescribed use once daily

I insert Ovestin and also apply it outside. When I apply it on the outside I mix a bit with vaginal moisturiser as I feel that spreads better. If you only use it on the outside then the inside will not get the full treatment.
