Twitch in Arm

Last night I was in bed and my right arm started twitching in one area.

Woke up this morning it is still there and I can see the twitch too.

I have really bad health anxiety and really worried any advice please

I am now 50 due to come on shortly.

The body can form all kinds of twitches and spasms, itches and dryness  ::)

When I have slow bowel transit I can see my digestive tract 'moving' around the belly button. 

Have U rubbed the whole arm upwards gently?

Hello luckylady. I get these annoying twitches too. I have never known why. I would not worry as I am sure it will settle down soon.
