Anxiety

Been on femoston 2 /10 for years but noticed when I'm on the white tablets my anxiety and moods are terrible any advice would be much appreciated

Hormones!   ::).  :welcomemm:

Maybe add an anti-anxiety medication or a beta-blocka every night to help ease anxiety surges.  The morning hormone cortisol was my worst enemy, I would wake terrified in the early hours  :'(.

Which AD has been prescribed?

I'm on femoston 10mg and sertraline 100mg

I've spoken to my doctor and she has upped my antidepressants

Well done!  Now relax as much as you can.  Eat little and often as that can ease anxiety surges.  Let the medication do it's work.
