Anxiety ???  on Tuesday I ate pizza with garlic bread, crikey I felt ill for hours  :-\ :'(.  MayB the fats in the pizza topping, can't work it out.  On a more positive note after adding 5mg x 3 to my regime, my head is clearer and anxiety less.  Hopefully the sudden depression will also lift.

It maybe WAS the grease CLKD. I can’t tolerate too much either.

I’m nervous. Got a phone call today from my liver specialist nurse about new tablets I’ve to go on.
I’ll be glad when the phone call is over. ☹️
How can an anticipated phone call make you anxious? ….i never used to be like this. 😩

I feel good after the days of wonderful, soul enhancing sunshine.  But I have a tiny sense of dread that dark, grey days will be here again soon.  Fingers crossed that this won't happen.

The ground requires gentle rain.  24 hours .  Not to hot after to evaporate it too fast!

OK thus far.

It is.
I’ve been struggling with low level anxiety for ages now, and didn’t realise I should’ve increased my gel, so just out of curiosity I tried, and 24 hours later, I’m feeling so much better.
I got fed up of feeling that I  couldn’t quite relax and enjoy whatever I was doing, even sitting watching a film, so I’m glad the penny dropped and I tried.
Sometimes, we can’t fathom out what’s staring us in the face. 🤷🏼‍♀️

That's why Trial and Error can be so tiresome  >:( as well as the risk of giving the body too much too soon  ::)

Me - in bed after my bath eating peanut butter on home made bread  :-*

Slow transit troublesome as we are going out this evening  >:( so no access to my own comfortable room.

Also a friend has terminal facial cancer  :-\  :'(.  ........ a little older than myself.  I've sent a bowl of flowers by post, we live miles away from each other.  For many years I've quietly appreciated the time that DH and I have had since 1970, problems yes; terminal illness, not.  So sad.
