Hahhha, my OH comes in from work, stirs his meds, drops the spoon into the bowl, then the glass, then has a shower. No wonder he wakes me at 2am! 😡
Then……gets into bed, mostly still wet, and goes to sleep straight away, leaving me awake! 🤨🤣😂🤣

Get a good night's sleep, you'll feel better tomorrow.

I'm tired now too, eaten too much. 😴

Tamping.  The Army should be brought in ......... the UK does not have enough Police presence to counter act these Riots.

When is Starmer going to declare a State of Emergency and call in the Army !!!  enough is enough.  I wonder how many of these people who causing riots can trace their heritage back to confirm that they are actually, English.  i.e. B4 the Romans and then William arrived?

PM Keir Starmer condemns "far-right thuggery" on UK streets and says those involved "will regret it"

:-\.    yep, echoing what most of the public are suggesting  :-\

Wondering how people can have such hatred re riots, however, reading through my various News feeds and social media groups, it becomes obvious ..... especially people hiding behind keyboards  :-\.

Otherwise: my head feels heavy and wanted to remain in bed, sleeping.  But I have Got On sorting stuff.  Written letters long overdue: stripped the bathroom from top to bottom putting out spiders and ermine moth through the window.  Stopped for morning cuppa, reminded Himself to take his next anti-viral, sorted laundry.

I'm in a utrogestan induced haze today trying to force myself to work when I just want to lie down. Always seems to happen around my time of month, I think I must get a progesterone spike at that time. Like being anaesthetised a bit. Does anyone else get that?

Oh yes.  Crashing fatigue.  I remember my Mum turning off the stove at tea time, sitting down to sleep for several hours.

I remember feeling very thirsty and more tired than usual a few days B4 a bleed began.

Me - saddened that I have had to ** withdraw support from a person after 20 years of throwing back ideas of how to cope with anxiety.  In the last 8 months however he has been all about him, the person seems not to read my questions which I need in order to continue with advice.  i.e. I told him about DH's shingles twice and he has apparently got Covid but hasn't tested  :-\ .....

Otherwise, OK  :thankyou:

So that's the name of it. Crashing fatigue. I used to get tired just before and during my period but now it carries on until about 4 days after my period. Feels like a battle sometimes, fighting against fatigue, etc. Luckily things are good most of the time so can't grumble too much.

Sorry to hear that CLKD. It sounds like you've done a lot for him and it's become draining. Same thing has happened to me where the person only wanted to talk about themselves and also took well-intentioned things completely the wrong way. I've learned not to say too much in writing because without tone of voice, etc, its easy to misread people and just hard to communicate properly.

Tnx for that.  We used to speak on the phone then lost touch for 10+ years, can't remember why.

Me - amazed at some of these Olympic activities  ;D, there's me, can't touch my toes and there are those at World level doing all kinds of sports  :D ;D.  I'm worn out simply watching  ::)

jillydoll - how is OH re shingles, has the GP suggested amitriptyline?  We've got through a whole bottle of calomine lotion 🧴  so far and that's on the back, down the arms and chest: fortunately the rash didn't spread lower  :o or I could really have gone to town  ;)

2nd bottle purchased today.

Yes I think his GP did offer those painkillers, they’re for nerve pain.
He didn’t take them tho, he’d rather have codeine, altho they didn’t do much.

Even though the rash scars have disappeared now, he still gets nerve pain at the back of his neck, kind of behind his ear, where the rash was. It’s when he moves his head in a certain way, and bam, the pain comes.
He said he’s had enough drugs over the last 12 months, he’s not taking anymore. 🤷🏼‍♀️

He had his scan last week, and got the all clear Wednesday just gone.  🥳🥳
