Feeling better today after a bout of mild anxiety. Took me a while to figure out what was wrong.
I’m an old hand at this anxiety malarkey now, but sometimes it creeps up on you, and you think, w:# is wrong with me.
Anyway, better today. 👍

Yep we're tough but it's getting wearisome now,just when you think you're over it all,last two nights I've taken that magnesium glycinate,it works a treat,I sleep like a log and the anxiety is dwindling

I had a long deep sleep on Sun afternoon, for 2 hours. I managed to keep awake until MotoGP Racing finished, then zzzonked

Waiting for a call from my new Dr surgery,can't believe I'm all anxious about it,thought I might get a face to face so I could actually meet said Dr,obviously this is going to be a thing of the past
