Feeling slightly bloated, probably due to having sat about all day  ::)

Sorry for your news Foggy  :-\

Glad you’re feeling a bit better Jaypo.  :D. Enjoy your ‘RV break’ 👍🚍
Ooh, I love custard, CLKD. Stick a bit of spotted dick into it and you’re good to go  :o
Just back from being out for a lovely brunch with hubby. Mushroom stack with tattie scone, grilled tomato, poached egg with yummy hollandaise- stuffed now!

Struggling  :-\ :'(.  I knew on Thursday that I had perhaps not eaten enough so I tried to bulk up on Friday and yesterday.  Today those awful feelings are back = anxiety to rise.

Keeping hydrated.  Had a good bowl of muesli 4 breakfast then the feelings started  >:( so am trying to eat.  It's oh so hard  :'(.

 :foryou: CLKD...
I'm feeling fine - a washing done and hung out. It's quite nice here today so hubby got the grass cut - its first cut of the year.  :)

I gave in and swallowed an emergency pill, the 1st time for 3 years.  Didn't knock me out so have grazed on pancakes and marmite toast.   ::)

So annoyed with myself today!
Got a letter from Horizon Parking for £70 fine. Had taken mum to Tesco's last week, duly parked in disabled spot........
And forgot to display her badge 😲.
Prompt payment reduces the fine to £40. Needless to say, I paid it straight away! I considered a grovelling apology with my best explanation (brain fog, worried about mum etc etc) but then thought....
Nah! Just pay it  :whist:
