Such a sudden change of weather across England, Cardiff has apparently been warmer

No wonder people feel poorly, one minute it’s warmer, next it’s cold and damp again.
I’ve been cold all day, miserable day here. 🙄

I am now thank you.
Felt groggy this morning, but after food, I’ve picked up. 🙋🏼♀️

Never mind, booked for a lovely bank holiday brunch (bring on the grub). I can sleep this afternoon

It's that change of clocks, I slept well until 1.30 a.m. when awake. Brain whirring
too early to decide how I really might be feeling

Likewise. Slept awfully and once awake my whole body wakes up, stomach grumbling, thirsty, need the loo etc. Exhausted today.

I had a bad night too.
Couldn’t stay asleep, and when I did, I’d dream.
Even woke one time laughing.
Jesus, I’ve lost the plot! 🤪

Crikey, that's at least 4 of us that had a bad night then 🤔. Was there a full moon per chance?

Don't know, I was asleep
Weary. 2 hours in the garden in warm sunshine, time for a doze.
