OUCH!  Boiled water, cooled. With TCP in it.  It may simply be where a piece of straw poked the pads which is still sore.  Of course, headed towards the weekend it's going to be more  >:(  ::)

Stripped the bed, can't remember when I last changed the sheets  ;D

Aaaahahahaha great minds getting_old, I said to my OH once, let's ask her (this woman who assumed we wanted to know her entire life) if,like us,she'd been invited to the Queens garden party 😂🤣

I bet they're on the Captains table every night - poor Captains. I bet they've developed coping mechanisms!

Oh they all queue up to get their photo with him 🤣 I mean why??

It's ok today, thanks clkd, think she must've stood on some stubble in the field, she's surprisingly not a wimp of a dog,so when she's walking about on 3 legs , I know there's something wrong

That's good about the paw.  We had a cat years ago who was attacked by a larger moggy: for months he would limp on the 'wrong' leg  ;D "How's the poorly paw today?" and up would come a leg .......

The small car had a paddy earlier, the engine wouldn't turn over  >:( so DH put the thingy on and after 2 hours it charged enough to start: at the moment the Very Nice AA man arrived to help .  We had a chat with him then drove to our mechanic who fitted a new battery in. PHEW!

Eaten our evening meal. Feet up now.

Up B4 7 to get parked in town, jobs done, home via a garden centre for bird food.

After lunch DH took down the lights through the fruit tree that I don't like and began replacing them with a longer strand.  3 times I told him to 'stop' as he wasn't putting them where I wanted: but he continued, gaily on his way, not listening  >:(. He was more interested in replying to a neighbour.  When he had finished, I told him that I wanted them 'over there first' ..... he did apologise eventually  >:(  :beat:  He even offered to unwind and resite them all 15 ft.

I let it go. We can add another length after the Sales ;-).  Unless I shout he has this habit of shutting off .... when he's reading, on his laptop, watching TV  >:(

Blitzed the kitchen with no help from the other reindeer  ::)

Fed wild birds
Sorted laundry
Dishwasher on a long cycle
Fire lit
Tree dragged from the loft and plugged in.  Think it's the wrong way round  :-\ :-X

Reading through papers kept 'until later' from early November  ::)

Yourselves?
