Hi Ladies, I'm good thanks - life just gets in the way sometimes (caring for inlaws now taking up our time, especially as I work FT too!). Looking forward to a relaxing weekend, hopefully.

A few latte's are my preference (alcohol, of any kind the least drop gives me terrible flushes since meno) - boring I know!!

Out of bed after another night of busy, long, involved dreams: sorting through spices, following the dykes through the Fens, trying to find somewhere to park a large motor home  :o

Happy Canada Day!
Up this morning for a trail walk with Mags before it got really hot, did some pruning and weeding, had lunch, dd blew bubbles with Maggie but she lost interest pretty fast lol.  Went to Starbucks,  thought about putting the kiddie pool out but  Mags is exhausted, she's crashed out on the couch.

Oh Celebrations  8)

Dogs don't need much exercise in warm weather.  Perhaps the paddling pool and no walk ?  As long as Maggie doesn't drink the water!

Watched le Tour and now womens' T20 cricket
Fed wild birds and pond fish
Removed a lot of blanket weed from the pond ..... otherwise the fish get stuck!  :o
Fish and chips eaten
Chips left over will be cooked tomorrow  ;)

Gently encouraged a male blackbird out of the utility room where he had followed me for his breakfast  ::).  Why do they always hop/fly away from the door  :(

Female and another male tried to come in, with a handful of meal worms they are happy again.

Feeling groggy as dh had another night of snorning, ::), he doesn't remember and is unapologetic.  I think I may have gotten 4 hours.  Took Mags for a walk early before the rain is due.

An ice block on the back of the neck perhaps?  I feel a thread coming on  :whist:

Pulled up a lot of daisies which have spread, to find smaller plants underneath  :o   -    those now require a lot of water B4 being re-sited.

le Tour over for today.  Later start tomorrow.  Eaten roasted chicken, roasted veg and some reheated chips.  Stuffed now.

Sharp elbow to the back  and a foot to the back of the knee  ;)  Mags loves her walks but they don't tire her out like a few hours romping at daycare.
