Oh dear CLKD. It won't do you any harm, a bit of protein, but sorry that happened, I'd have hated it.
On a plus note, that was an interesting entry for today and certainly not what I expected when I clicked.
Me, I'm having a quiet day at home, the doctor's didn't supply my supplemental estradiol patches due to a confusion, so I used an old strip that had been cut before. It was smaller than it should be and not wrapped. Today I'm feeling pretty low, but in a strange way I can't put my finger on. I'm sure it's that, but as the patch is changed tomorrow I don't want to waste that strip and change it now, so bearing with it.
Wish the weather were just slightly cooler as everything is harder to do in this weather and I hate sitting around doing nothing.
