After work, took Mags next door for her first playdate with the neighbour's dd's dog. She has a diabetes service dog but we've had to wait awhile before the two could play together. The service agency has strict rules about socializing their dogs. It went well, both have similar energy and play styles.
Dull day today so more putter about the house.

Dogs love making friends. My spaniel and my friend's Goldie were great together although the latter loved swimming which worried mine

Been hobbling about with a sore big toe today 😩 . Podiatrist told me I had a corn under my toenail 😳 - the culprit was identified as my walking shoes so off to the shopping centre for me tomorrow for a new pair 👍

Ohhhh noooooo. Ouch, bet that’s sore.
I hate feet hurting, it’s usually my little toes that get rubbed, so I’ve nearly always got plasters on em.
Thank god for sandles in the summer. 😉

OUCH!
Been to an antique fair
Been to watch friends training for athletics - out of 17 people, 1 came over to speak: they all waved
Home now, TV on, 🔥 lit.

Gorgeous February day, sunny and 8 degrees! Took advantage of the morning and took Mags on an 8k walk with friends, her longest walk yet and she finally decided to nap 5 hours later
Ordered a birthday cake for my dad's 90th, finished the laundry, put the pasta sauce on to cook for supper.

Happy birthday to C.C.'s Dad -
Did Mags paws twitch in her sleep? Little woofs in her dreams?
Out of bed. Dressed. On here.

Bought a lovely new pair of walking shoes 👟 and some Levi’s . We didn’t hang about the shopping centre for long - I forgot the schools were on holiday this week! Too many little darlings running about screaming their little heads off (and parents completely oblivious) 😩

I had a mutter (another one) recently to a woman on the 'phone at the checkout! HOW RUDE
. She of course, didn't react as she probably couldn't hear me
