I would prefer the turkey in the yard ;-).

I have blue sky and sunshine too  :na: however, avoiding the vino ;-)

Sorted bird food; laundry; washed up greasy tins from yesterday, now drying.  Feet up.

I’d rather have Jaypo’s blue sky and sun than than current British version  ::)

Grey day, drove ds back to his city, he's back to work today. Dd is all ready for her flight to Edinburgh via Dublin. Her flight leaves in a few hours. Look out Edinburgh! ;D
After we drop her off at the airport, dropping by the pet store for more food and replace a bone that Mags destroyed.

Interesting reading about the ghost stories. I saw a ghost when I was about 14. It was a period man, mainly dressed in gray, standing near an old building. I wasn't scared, more fascinated. My mother definitely had second sight, read tea leaves, etc. and whilst we didn't discuss it, the night before she passed away we both knew what was about to happen.

Been to 'Matalan' for jeans - far TOO LONG  >:(. I found a top which will 'do', DH bought jeans 4 himself.  Slippers not comfy - it always surprises me when looking through packs of 5 knickers to find 1/2 missing from lots of them  :-X  >:( .......... hopefully the empty packets go to charity.  :-\

Home now after diverting miles through the countryside ...... cuppa to hand.  A delivery of 2ndary glazing: DIY: has arrived, good job we got home when we did as it's pouring!!

On no sleep today, I was up all night waiting for dd to message me when she got to Dublin (just after midnight our time) and then Edinburgh (just after 3 am our time). Once I knew she was there safely, I still couldn't fall asleep.
:(  It's going to be a long day and I'm grumpy and have to deal with dh and his "well, you shouldn't have stayed up all night"  comments.

She's arrived, that's the main thing.  Hopefully the weather up North is not as wet as down here!

Spoken to two friends - one over 3 years ago  :o so lots of catching up to do.  The other had a bad fall 6 weeks ago and home from Hospital on C.mas Eve.

Watching finding Nemo, the 1 with the octopus in.

She sent some photos of her riding an exmoor pony past a highland cow lol.  She said it's rainy and cold.

Lit the fire
Put the TV on watching cartoons and now Tipping Point

Yes getting old, I’m a true believer.
All the people, the world over, who have said they’ve seen ‘ghosts’, can’t be telling porkies.
There HAS to be something in it. 💁🏼‍♀️

Been to get essentials, then cooked steak mushrooms and salad for our dinners.
Not done much else tbh.
