I saw the hygienist who had a good rootle round, [see what I did there  ;D ], called the dentist in to check that there isn't infection then gently cleaned my lower teeth.  I wouldn't have any1 near the upper jaw line yet.  She did put that puffer thing in the socket, since then the whole area has improved  :-\  :thankyou:

Next appt is in Jan with our Dental Surgeon, I do however need a small filling on the other side of the jaw.

Today I've slept; enjoyed sunshine, continued reading my book : I married the Klondike: chatted with a friend, worked her dog through a bank after mice  :D.  Home now, watching IIolo on TV.  Heating on, water warming up for the bath ;-)

What did he say CLKD?
Hope all ok.

How did you get on CC?

Maggie did well and was very happy to be there, she gets liver treats and spray cheese to lick off the wall when the vet gives the needles. ;D  She weighs 32 lbs now and not even 5 months old. Next trip is next May when she's due to be spayed.
Just got back from a walk, and she got to play with a shepard lab mix, twice her size, for about 10 minutes, they had fun.
I need to get her another car harness as the one she has is only good to 25lbs.

Glad you are on the mend CLKD  :)

My cocker had a harness, sat behind the front passenger seat - if she turned around though she could get caught up  ::)

Same old.  Same old.

Happy October!  Just had breakfast, sitting in my chair with my laptop, watching Mags chew her antler in her bed like a good girl. Other than walkies and grocery shopping this morning, the rest of day is tbd.

What happened to the moose C.C. .......... is your freezer large enough for a haunch  ;D. (reading 'I married the Klondike' she talks about eating moose meat  :-\ )

So far: slept in
Bathroom, breakfast, sorted 4-5 piles of laundry -  now on the line, blowing hard
Light lunch - eaten
Council bins in place - next door's and ours ready for collection

Watching MotoGP from Thailand on catch up then will 'get on ' outside

DH brought logs and kindling in this morning  8)

Omg...I can imagine her gnawing on a moose antler!  My grandfather hunted moose and he and my grandmother had a freezer full of moose meat every year.   ;D  I buy her split deer antler which is easier on her teeth, than the full.

Had a good walk, then groomed from nose to tail.

........   wondering how a lizard can calm anyone ..........  :-\

A disability charity has said a tegu lizard it has introduced during therapy sessions is already having a calming effect on people.
Disability Support, based in Nottingham, say the lizard, called Taz, is helping people who use services at its community centre in Old Basford.
Services manager Charlotte Throssel, said: "When they get their courage up to stroke him you can see everything just slow and relax instantly."

But surly that’s the fear of looking at it being calmed, rather than anything else. 🤷🏼‍♀️
Good job it’s not a tarantula, I’d be gone! 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️💨💨

Done the shopping, dare I say……picked up my new Xmas tree from M&S, 🙀 ;D
Picked up my hrt, and bought the new tin of biscuits from M&S what everyone’s raving about.
It’s a round tin, dome lid, twist the top, press the button, and it plays Starry Starry Night and lights up the room. 💁🏼‍♀️
All for £9.  ;D Hope it’s as good as they say it is.

Shopping put away, now feet up with coffee. 😉

Oh forgot, booked our vaccinations in for next Monday too. 🙀

I don't like lizards much  :-\ so would Be Gone  ;D

Tnx jillydoll - I'm aware of it in the morning but since the hygienist puffed air into the area, the feeling of the jaw trying to reject that tooth has eased.

Getting myself round some toast as I type.
