That’s where I’ve seen our Evri driver, Jaypo  ;) - at my local pharmacy  :o
Taking mum to Silverburn Shopping Centre today. She loves the ready meals from M and S. I have to say the closure of Debenhams is a real loss to the Centre  :'(

Broken a china piggy - well, her baby shattered leaving the stature unstable.  A bit of blue-tac me thinks.  So sad, shouldn't get attached.

Laundry sorted
Dishwasher done
Birds fed., etc.

Aww geez oh - had a lengthy, frustrating conversation with M and S customer service this afternoon.

I ordered 4 items yesterday, paying an additional £4.99 to get next day delivery (in actual fact Mon 6th was selected as Sun not available - no problem I thought.)
Order confirmed and payment taken. I, since, found that my order had had delivery date changed to 13th March (when I’m in sunny Spain!)

That’ll be right, I thought! Why am I paying £4.99 for next day delivery?

Had to tackle an automated service, stating why I was phoning before some cheeky robotic voice came back saying “I can’t understand what you said. Please repeat”……….
Eventually I was graced with a real human being to speak to. Bottom line is the delivery date cannot be changed - no explanation given. I’ve just to return the items if not required (once I return from holiday! That is if someone hasn’t nicked them from my front door!) Leaving with a neighbour is not possible.

Honestly, I’m shaking with rage. I’ll never order online again! Trustpilot reviews for M and S are dreadful  :bang:

Aww songbird, I know exactly how you feel,it's beyond frustrating, all these companies have no customer care whatsoever, not even M&S ,surely at the very least you can get your £4.99 back?

I know Jaypo and CLKD. There was no mention of the £4.99.. When I return the items I'll tackle them about the delivery charge  >:(
Thing is, it was items that we wanted for our cruise next week (and now I've got no time to go shopping) - moan, moan, whinge  ;D ;D
I've got to fit in appointments for waxing, hair, nails, toenails and spray tan - dear God, it takes a while to look half like the thing these days

If you can't change the delivery date can you change the location and send them to your nearest store? At least that way they won't be nicked from your doorstep (and I think they return them anyway if you haven't collected them).

I asked if it could at least be diverted to my local store, Sheila but was told no - absolutely no changes "at this stage". So inflexible...
It's an awful lot more expensive to get nails and hair done on the ship CLKD (and they don't do wax'ing or spray tanning either)..
Honestly, I'm ever so pale - I'm the one that goes on holiday looking nicely tanned and comes back looking "peely wally" - that's a good Scots phrase  ;D  ;D
