Heh, the carpet was not my present. The skip being collected was great though as it's been blocking the drive up for a fortnight.

We both had ham, duck egg, saute potatoes plus a bit of rocket and tomatoes so really a slightly poncy take on ham egg and chips. Partner had affogato for pud. It was really nice though a bit expensive but that's what birthdays are for.

Not a good start to the day  ...... I put my old jeans on to walk the dog over the local fields & thought to myself "these jeans don't feel so tight across my tummy this morning"   then I did a double take in the mirror & saw 2 pockets which is odd because I didn't think it had any at the front? ...... DOH!! I had put them on back to front, which just proves to me that I do have a fat arse.  ..

Not a good start to the day  ...... I haven’t done that but I have put a top on inside out and I have walked out of the ladies at services on the M6 with my skirt tucked in my knickers! Oh God help me 

Went to the hygienist today - ouch!
Also picked up 3 months worth of patches 
Thankfully just need to submit blood pressure reading once a year from now on - phew

I'm in front of the house with the puppy every morning in my jammies, thank goodness it's so early the neighbours aren't around lol.

Laundry on, grocery shopping for a few things we need mid-week, might take pup in the car to a nearby park so she can discover new smells and things she can't eat.

Failed to sleep until 3.30 a.m., woke with  a high anxiety hit at 7.30 so after struggling for 2 hours I swallowed an emergency pill; the 1st since 2018.  Slept for a couple of hours then have eaten hot curry with rice, apple juice to hand.  Will probably sleep again later, dozing over my Jill Mansel 'you and me, always'.  The nausea has gone for the moment.

Dishwasher has done it's wash, Laundry is on - a white wash on 30 for 30.  Blustery outside with spots of drizzle.

Oh, if only I could eat like that, my head is usually bigger than my stomach.  I love to slob on the couch regardless 

Sunday coffee, training with pup, laundry done, picking up my Dad later to come over and watch a baseball game on TV,  and staying for dinner, trying to figure out what to make for dessert.

Ha, yes, he doesn’t stress about his car tho, not like his dad does with his. He’ll get it done sometime.
My eyes were bigger than my stomach too, I had to explain to son that yes, I enjoyed the meal, it was lovely, but I was just full. Left maybe just under half I should think. He thought I didn’t like it. 

I have a rather lovely raspberry cheesecake in the fridge CC, fancy that? , I could send it. 
Enjoy the baseball.
