Do U keep a BP monitor at home Aprilflower?  It may have been that knowing that the monitor was active, your BP went up?  Were there many fluctuations?  Let us know what is prescribed?

Thinking of U jaypo!

Me: for months I've been worrying: enough 2 keep me awake  :-\ - many years ago Mum handed me photos of the school in which she taught in the 1950s [where she met my Dad] - 6 years ago I contacted the son of the Headmaster there as I wanted to pass on those photos. We've had several phone chats over the years, then lapsed due to Covid and Life. Today I rang him and he is still alive  :'(  :clapping: so I have an address to which to send those photos.  PHEW!  I've been lax and was worried that I had missed the boat!

Refilled bird feeders.  Booked a hair cut for Thursday, there'll be enough on the floor for nesting material next Spring  ;D

Sorted out picnic food for 2morrow.  Fire lit, feet up.
