tnx. Much better - we think effect of the chills was less due to the anti-virals recently taken. He slept - I laid, watching him
Yesterday he was quite quiet. We R up and at it this morning

Lovely walk in the forest,although had to pick all our dogs up as some old man with an off lead collie,started barking at us and wouldn't stop,he made no effort to call it back or get a lead on it

Was that the old man barking ......... collies are un-reliable
they tend to run by then turn round to bite the calves
Been 4 a long walk through a small town, stopped for coffee at a vegan cafe then back to the car by the river. Back a few moments B4 the heavens opened

Dental appt for 1.5 hours. Dribbling now
Didn't have pizza but there was cheesecake - no idea what was in it but it was filling and tasty

Had a fight with neighbours' kitten who shinned up a fence and swotted me round the face, as I was pruning a tall shrub - I was on a ladder
. she got short shrift!
Now watching escape to the country

Off to Southampton on Friday,sail on Saturday,yes I'm feeling more relaxed but still have the worry of my tum but from tomorrow I'm going to start taking my omeprazole and will take it for the week

Sorted then - anxiety can over rule a Plan even so. I always pack weeks ahead in case anxiety floors me nearer the time we are due to leave.
I've pruned a lot of thick honeysuckle today, now starting to ache
.
Light supper followed by bowl of ice cream
not telling how large the bowl might have been

Feet up watching 🏏 hi-lights
