Good luck with the dentist CLKD, hope you get some good news
Dh was already tested for non-acid reflux when the cough started, so that's been ruled out. He texted me from the hospital and they think he might have asthma, but they're still testing.
Morning shift done, walked the pup while the sun was still out, did a bit of grocery shopping, popped in the pet store (can't stay away!), and bought more treats and smelly dog deodorizing spray lol.

Puppies shouldn't smell ...........
or leave odour
. If there is a whiff a bio-spray is the best way, it 'eats' smells. It even got rid of tom-cat pee from the back of our car ........ long story short.
However: I can't resist a pet store
No infection. Soreness receding, tnx.

I got something called a probiotic deodorizer, recommended by the pet store, good for between baths.
Glad there's no infection

Why is she smelly? MayB change her food, I gave my spaniel some dry stuff and within 3 days her skin stunk. She loved it
. Usually she smelt warm
........ did your other dogs whiff
One thing that will get rid of smells in furniture/bedding is sold here 'odour eliminator' . Not to be sprayed on the pet but 'eats' the smell left behind.
Eaten chips, chicken with broccoli. Villages by the Sea on TV followed by Repair Shop

I mean, she doesn't stink like she's rolled in something bad, just "doggy" smell. The spray I used on her seemed to help. If her glands start to stink, then that's bad.
Thankfully, dd can express them if needed.
In between washings of her bed, I spray something similar called "Febreeze". It eliminates the odours and leaves a fresh scent, safe for pet bedding.

We have
frebreeze
over here
. More chemicals into the air. A healthy dog should smell nice, each has it's own perfume ...... muddy wet dog in the car though
. Washing and sprays take the natural oils from the coat and skin. Mine had treatment for fox mange, came home each time smelling like a creosoted fence.
Woke at 4.40 with pain so up for Nurofen and because we are up and away earlier than usual, didn't dare go back to sleep

Morning shift done, having coffee, getting ready to take pup for her morning walkies, once it stops raining.

Morning shift, walked the pup, took her to the local shelter to drop off an unused bag of kibble, the staff mobbed her lol, eating lunch, hoping pup will nap so I get things done around the house before work.

What really happened
Spoken to my Dental Surgeon - although the causation of dry socket remains unknown, it has been found out that keeping a blood clot in the socket helps to avoid the condition. Which is why salt water is encouraged but not to rinse, simply holding the liquid in the mouth with a gentle swirl into the affected area. YUK! I think I drained the whole of Cheshire salt mines last week!!
Eaten our evening meal
Watched Strictly kick-off programme
Fed hedgehogs
Watching MotoGP .....
