What are we all watching over Christmas??

One recommendation for Netflix is,

Penguin Lessons, with Steve Coogan.

Saw it at our local Kino and it lovely.  Based on a true story.

Gone. Completely.  I'm on the laptop far too much these days ....... watching 'reels'.  Some of huge captive pythons being moved off their egg clutches, quite a feat!  As well as snake catchers in California .........  :o

As for Seasonal TV  >:( >:(

Watched the F1 film yesterday with Brad Pitt. Brilliant film and I don’t even like motor racing.

Well this is the first year I will not be able to view the Four Hills downhill sking from Germany and Austria, watched it for forty years or more every Xmas and New Years day.  My late Dad loved it and hubby and I have too, even though none of us could even stand up straight on skis :D now on TNT and no BBC Ski Sunday :( :( :(

BBC still takes our Fee though  >:( and I think that more people are leaving Aunty to watch elsewhere.  For years we were glued to Ski Sunday, me for the view rather than the skiing.  Remembering Franz Klamer particularly ........ as well as those brave enough to ski jump  :o  :o the scenery from behind them as they waited was spectacular.

We found a new Puss in Boots ....... those kitty eyes  ;D, such fast moving photography that I need to C it several times to get the gist of the story  ::). Paddington 2 now. :: well that was poignant ::

We like watching old musicals at Christmas. Also been watching the latest Stranger things. My daughter’s boyfriend is staying with us over the Yuletide and he’s Romanian. During the afternoon he showed us some YouTube video of the bear festival at New Year in his family village. He’s also a horror fan so Christmas Day evening we watched ‘A Christmas horror story.’ Hilariously bad though, wasn’t scary at all. A bit different to what I’d be watching on such a day but hey ho not too bothered!
