watching Horizon on BBC 2. A man of 101yrs ran the marathon. Takes no medication and never had a operation. They put his health down to his diet. He only eats small meals ...

Grandy Sky has ITV+1. It runs 1hr behind ITV so is great if you miss the beginning of s progrsmme.
Just scroll through your channels for next time. Part 2 isn't till next Monday so you have time to catch up.

Sean Bean was on the 1 Show earlier, he looks awful  :o apparently in a new show beginning at 9.00 p.m. - but I will be watching the one about dwarves getting married, a follow-on from programmes earlier this year ........... in fact there's a 3rd one I would like to see but at the same time  >:(

You could watch the dwarves programme on 4+1 at 10pm so free you to watch one of the others at 9pm  ;)

Oh I could!  I'd forgotten the Plus channel  ::) ........ now I have a dilemma, watch at the proper time and enjoy my bath or ...........

I thought Sean Bean looked terrible! His hair needed a darn good wash. Long hair is nice, but he looked dirty. Was stuttering a lot also?? New drama looks good though. PN
