I'm watching on BBC I player, Alan Bennett's Talking Heads.
They're monologue's with different celebrities.
Really good. Always a twist at the end. 😉

I saw the first ones in the 1980s and these don't come anywhere near to the skill of those.

Miriam Margoles is going round Oz later ........... we enjoyed the 1st programme last week.

Ohh, we love Miriam we do.
She's such a character.
Says it as it is, and stands no messing. 🙂
Good program that is.

Was watching her in a film with Arnold Schwarzenegger.....End Of Days....

Wow Theresa. That must've been great.
Nerve racking, but what a brilliant thing to do.
Bet you were so proud afterwards. 😊

I watched Bed amongst the Lentils the other night.
I particularly liked, Martin Freeman, A chip In The Sugar. x

I'm really captivated with "home is where the art is" - BBC1 weekday afternoons.   There is some real talent in this country, often I pick the opposite to what the participants does but they often go back and buy the 2nd piece anyway  :-*

My friend's piece was picked for the Scottish castle. The one with the lion? I have one of her paintings. She's a fabulous person. Very relaxed.

Was that the two lads?  I missed most of the programme ....... hopefully can get it on catch up?  With all the uprisings and Wars across the World it helps to know that there are talented people around.

One programme this week - usually I can pick correctly even when the buyers pick both - they choose something I wouldn't have in my house and disregarded the artist who painted animals, her lion was lovely.

Yes it was the two cousins. She's a teacher as well as an artist. We all had to keep it a secret for months and months! It was good hearing about how the programme is filmed though. I didn't realise that artists don't actually apply to be part of it but are headhunted.

Cousins  :-\ ...... that's cleared that then.  One artist last week had been on previously - and didn't get picked again.

Yes cousins. The castle had been in the family for hundreds of years.

..... and probably cold all the while.  Those stone walls  ::)

There must be a good Team of Researchers to find such talented people. I wonder how many get commissions on the back of the programme?

Anyone watched Michael Mosley's new series? It's really good/interesting even if you don't intent to do the lose a stone in 21 days, it still inspires you do think more about your health.
Watched The Deceived Channel5 last week, it was really good. x
