Not a lot on this evening  :(

We enjoyed the series hosted by Ben Fogle where people went fishing in a knock-out competition, through lots of different styles of fishing, different types of fish and travelling to several countries.  Like being on hols without bothering to find the Passport ………

How strange was that  :o - Zoe got cut off as she was giving her final spiel to camera on BBC2 - with The1Show Theme over the top  :-\ - someone else say that they noticed otherwise the yellow van might be a-calling  :P

Will be switching over at 7.25 to watch the start of the footie ………..

Crikey - it's like watching paint drying  :D - lots of little boys being led out, mascots?  Seats empty although 10,000 tickets sold this morning apparently.

Just watched the last episode of River.

It was so very good and very touching at the end......different but worth watching on catch up.

… did anyone see Zoe get cut off last night  :-\ surely it wasn't in my imagination.

Watching Len with Ainsley, food from Peru this afternoon - it's been a really interesting series of programmes considering I'm not a foodie  ::)
Then there was Xand the GP spending 3 days with a family of 4, sorting out their various health problems.  The father insisted on drinking a LOT i.e. 4 bottles of lager plus 1 bottle+ of wine *each* night after work.   >:(  He was told that he was more at risk of stroke and heart attack but didn't seem to take on board that he was drinking too much until Xand told him that he might well develop oesophageal cancer ……….. he did manage to stop and lost 4 stone quite quickly.  His daughters were losing their hair - they ate sandwiches of bread with tomato sauce as well as packets of crisps …….. piazza ……. Xand did blood tests to find out both were anaemic, so much so that they were losing their hair!

Message there then …….. I believe another GP goes into a different family either 2-night or 2-morrow.
