Loved all 3 of the programmes, very watchable and the animal close ups were a treat.  that falcon in flight for the wildlife artist was inspired  :)

Would they think the same about milk? :-\
Some children don't realise it comes from a cow.

For anyone interested tonight at 8 o'clock itv Alan Titchmarsh and his team will be doing a garden at local Hospice for whom I work for in the charity shops. Should be interesting ,well for me anyway . They are having an open day this weekend so the public can come and visit to see where their money goes. My mum passed away at this hospice some years ago and it is a truly remarkable place. Catch it if you can.

Recorded all the " Back in Time for Dinner" series.
Enjoyed watching them.

For anyone interested "Horizon - OCD The monster in my head" is on tonight BBC2 9pm.
The producers rang me, as an OCD sufferer, and I spent 30 mins talking about my experiences.
That's as far as it got so I'm not appearing but wondering if they will mention my type of OCD.
Intrusive thoughts or if they will just focus on the cleaning, germs etc as most people think it is.

Thank you so much.  Well done on putting your views and experiences across too!  Did it upset your routine at all by remembering?

Watching 'swing' on The Proms after looking at men in Lycra cycling in 38/39dC  :o across Spain - even the Columbian riders were finding it hard going!  There's be more of the same 2-morrow  ;)

I felt anxious talking about it.
I had just got over an episode when they rang me so I was still vulnerable.
It was hard to do.
They emailed me to say thank you and they had all they needed to go ahead with the programme.
What they are trying to do is stop all these other programmes  ie "obsessive compulsive hoarders/ cleaners etc from being aired as they don't portray that OCD is an illness and the term is used lightly.

I was In a Pia jewellery store yesterday with my DD and the manageress in there was talking to us about a lady who goes in regularly and touches everything as she goes round the shop.
The manageress said, " we'll probably see her on one of 'those' programmes"............ :-X
My DD could sense  I was getting uptight so she said, "Come on mum" and lead me out.
I wish I could say something when people mock the illness. They are just so ignorant >:(
That's it! I'm finished now ;D

It was a very interesting program, my heart broke for that poor lad. Other programes certainly do appear to make light of it

Well done Dyan, it must have taken a lot of courage, you were very good to do it and help people understand

Watched the Horizon OCD programme this afternoon.
That young lad had me in tears.
I think they got across just how debilitating this illness can be.
