:'(Hi feeling better after upping vagifem to 4 week for 3 weeks and yes and ovestin. I know small amount I am 63 and reassure me I can use 34 or up and down vagifem according without causing vaginal or bladder cancer.i have had hystorectomy 22 years ago still have ovires anyone help I am checking with Dr on phone Thursday. Many thanks

Firstly -
1 can use 'vagifem' or 'ovestin' every night if necessary. It's a small amount of active ingredient, after the initial 2/3 week loading, every 3rd and 6/7th nights are fine unless 1 requires a top up. Sometimes I require an extra dose of 'ovestin' mid afternoon as well as evening . When I get the need2P feelings, I take 'nurofen' to ease that nip.

Yep,agree with clkd, I use mine as and when needed,sometimes I need to use it 4/5 times a week and my Dr is fine with it

You can use it every night if you need to, but it is only licensed to be used twice a week. However doctors give loads of things off-licence and you just need to find one which knows it's okay to give more frequently if you need that...
