Hi I am 52 and have been on hrt patches since I was 45 , I have recently been moved to the Evorel conti patches as the dr said the ones I was on before ( Estraderm mx ) weren’t protecting my womb ,I started on the new ones in April this year and the last week or so I have felt so rough and anxious it’s been terrible I don’t know if the patches are too strong now as I’m still on the mini pill too , I have a hrt review in July but was wondering if anyone else had any anxiety issues x

:welcomemm:  can't help with HRT . Do browse round.  MayB ask for a referral to a dedicated menopause clinic: not a gynaecologist : in the mean time you may find keeping a mood/food/symptom diary.  To chart progress.

You could also put the product name into the search box on the Forum : make notes!

Hi Bonjovigirl. The progesterone in Evorel can give some women anxiety and PMT type symptoms. I'm not sure whether, as you are also on the mini pill, you may be on too much progesterone. Someone else who knows more about this will be along soon I'm sure. I just wanted to welcome you.
