Hi everyone,

I've been on and off these forums over the last few years, just to read advice from ladies in a similar situation as myself.

I've tried a few different hrt tablets. I was on Elleste for around a year, but don't think it helped a great deal. I then went onto Angelique, which I was on for around 4 years, but I began to suffer a few menopausal symptoms again, hot flushes, insomnia, hair loss etc. My Dr then switched me around a year ago to femoston.

I kept the Angelique just in case, so still have 3 months left. Wondered if anyone would like it, to save it being wasted? It is on it's expiry, but I've been assured medicines will be safe and efficient for a period after their expiry date.

I'm not sure if the Femoston is helping as much as it could. Some days I still feel quite anxious, have the occasional hot flush, my libido is definitely lower than it was and my sleep isn't great? I asked my Dr if a higher dose maybe needed, but she said not? I'm quite worried about low estrogen levels as my mother suffered with Osteoporosis when only 50, and I have also been diagnosed.
