Hi.  Currently on Evorel 25 & Utrogestan.  I feel so wired and exhausted all the time if that makes sense?  Evorel 50 is increased Oestrogen and I can't cope with the spaced out feeling on extra Oestrogen.  Not sure where to go next script wise.  Symptoms too bad not to be on HRT, but HRT making me feel plain weird.  Its been 7 months now, so unsure that anything will improve.  Any suggestions please?

Are you sure you aren’t on too low dose of HRT?
25 is low and may account for your continued exhaustion?
Or perhaps try a different regime altogether ( if you can source a different product that is).

I’m a bit the same.
E50 is too low I think, but 75 too much for my womb and I experience pains.

It’s very hard to gauge the correct dose of HRT.

Are you on testosterone? Do you take thyroid medication? Sometimes the wired feeling can be cortisol and that can be affected by estrogen. You’ve been on it 7 months so I don’t think it could be your body adjusting to it, it may be that you need more. Do you take any other supplements or anything like that? What symptoms have improved?
