Anxiety app
« on: May 04, 2022, 05:18:54 PM »

Hi I read a post that someone had an app that helped their anxiety. Does anyone know what the app was called ,as I can't seem to find the original post

Hi, although I don’t recall that post I have heard that the DARE app is meant to be very good.

If you look under the Anxiety and HRT patches thread dated 3rd May, you’ll see that Sue mentions the Tapping Solution App.  Maybe that’s what you’re thinking of Weeloz?  ;)
