I have always (12 years) had HRT pills and dr changed me to E Conti patches, estriol cream at night and moisturiser for day. This is all new to me and I need some advice!
Does the patch stay on well and is on my hip the best place? (I know it’s to be below waist and to alternate places). Dr said it may lift my low, dull mood - has anyone experienced that?
The other thing is about the vag moisturiser during the day, will it not fall down+out?
