Las, my GP wrote to the NHS Meno dept re the testosterone as it wasn't something they knew much about and then once they got the go ahead they were happy to prescribe. I have never had to pay privately for it. You have to say that it's for libido that's the important point and also the fact you had oophorectomy should also really help your case.
