Hi, I started evorel Conti patches.
  On the day I put a new patch on (at night before bed) i am fine the next day/ afternoon onwards I get a headache and a very grumbly tummy,,,,,,
first few times had to run to the loo about 1 hour after eating dinner.  Sorry TMI.
Also quite bad wind/gas. Sorry again.
I think it seems to be getting better but who knows.

Headache and dizziness today. The headache is easing off a bit now.
Felt a bit nauseous today and very very tired .

Felt tired since starting HRT,
Anyone else had any of this at the start of HRT .
Just looking for a bit of reassurance please

I felt similar on Evorel Conti, couldn't get on with them and got other side effects.  I came off them and took a 3 month break, I'm now on Utrogestan and am realising that I'm quite likely to be Progestogen intolerant.

It's usually the prog that causes problems so it can be helpful for any new regime to try it for a couple of months as a sequi regime. You'll have a bleed but you can see the difference when you are/aren't on progesterone. I would ask for something different.
